Q: What are the size limitations of a canopy?

A: We custom build our canopies as wide as thirty feet and pretty much as long as you want. We will come out and measure your property to determine what is safe and how to meet your specific needs.

Q: How long does the canopy structure last?

A: Many canopies that we built for our customers have been up more then 20 years. We attribute this to the galvanized frame and lifetime warranted powder coated fittings.

Q: What does Heavy Duty Canopy mean?

A: Heavy duty means we create commercial quality canopies. Our American made Canopies are so heavy and strong that we put them up once and leave them up. Many people think of canopies as the little guys that people put up and take down daily at Street Fairs and Swap Meets.

Q: What makes your fittings (corners) heavy duty?

A: Our fittings are made using ASTM A513/1 grade metal. These are constructed of 2″ wide tubing with a wall thickness of 0.120″. Once they are made they go through a powder coating process at temperatures up to 450 degrees. This provides a durable outdoor finish that lasts for many years.

Q: What type of pipe is used between the fittings?

A: Our canopy frame structures are made with galvanized 1 5/8″ top rail fencing with a 0.065 thickness.

Q: Do your fittings come with any type of guarantee?

A: Our canopy fittings come with a lifetime guaranty!

Q: What are the tarps made of?

A: Our U.S.A made tarps are made of poly or vinyl. They are custom made to fit each custom structure. They are made with brass grommets, rather than plastic or aluminum that the imports tarps have.
